Domaine Juan Flore is a brand-new residence by the beach in Juan-les-Pins on the French Riviera. On the map below you can see how close to the sea it actually is (at the bottom end of the blue arrow).
The apartment is located in the southern-most part of the residence closest to the sea. This is a 4-room apartment consisting of three bedrooms, living room/dining room, two bath rooms and two lavatories. Double-beds and ceiling fans in each bedroom. For the children we provide two inflatable mattresses (electrical pump provided).
The apartment is 95 sq metres located on the first floor in a two-floor building. In addition there is a 12 sq metre balcony facing south with a fine view of the Mediterranean Sea.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with cocking stove, induction cooktop, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, washing machine etc. Kitchen is integrated with a spacious dining room/living room with exclusive furniture, a 40-inches flat screen TV and DVD/BluRay. Wifi Internet connection is provided free of charge.
All apartments in Domaine Juan Flore feature an automatic ventilation system that keeps the indoor temperature at approx. 5 degrees C below the outdoor temperature (reversed in the winter). We let a lockable car park in the basement for NOK 400 per week. On the beach, at a few minutes walking distance, there are numerous restaurants to suit all price ranges.
Domaine Juan Flore also has a large residents only swimming pool area comprising a water slide and a children's pool (June to September).
The blue arrow indicates the favourable location of the apartment: close to the beach and with an unspoilt view of the Mediterranean. At the bottom right hand you see the "Accès Plage", that's the underpass to the beach. Note also the 1500 sq metre swimming pool area centrally placed in the residence.
